Directions To Parade

FROM NORTH OR SOUTH ON ROUTE 95 (MAINE TURNPIKE):
Take Route 95 and get off at Exit 19 Wells-Sanford. Take a left at the traffic light immediately after the toll booth on to Route 109/9. Follow Route 109/9 until you reach Route 1 (near Cumberland Farms). Ask for help to find parking. We do not advise you to take Chapel Road unless you live on Chapel Road, are visiting someone on that road, or have make special arrangements to use the road. Chapel Road will be closed except to local traffic from approximately one-half hour before the parade starts until the parade ends.

FROM SOUTH ON ROUTE 1 (POST ROAD):
Please be advised that if you are coming from the south on Route 1 to Wells that Route 1 traffic will be detoured from one half hour before the parade starts until the parade is over, from the corner of Route 9B and Route 1 (near Xtra Mart). We strongly suggest taking the Maine Turnpike route to avoid difficulties accessing the parade.

FROM NORTH ON ROUTE 1 (POST ROAD):
Please be advised that if you are coming from the north on Route 1 to Wells that Route 1 traffic will be detoured from approximately one-half hour before the parade starts until the parade is over, from the corner of Route 1 and Route 109/9 (near Cumberland Farms).

FROM WEST ON ROUTE 109 (Sanford Area):
Take Route 109/9 west toward Wells until you reach Route 1 (near Cumberland Farms). Ask for help to find parking. Unless you have made arrangements we do not advise you to take Chapel Road unless you or are visiting someone on that road or live there. Chapel Road will be closed except to local traffic from approximately one-half hour before the parade starts until after the parade ends.
